GA4 reporting clients actually read
GA4 is powerful and almost unreadable for a busy SMB owner. The fix isn't more charts — it's fewer, framed around the three questions every owner has: are more people finding me, are they doing what I want, and is it worth it?
Lead with outcomes, not sessions. Pair every metric with a plain-English 'so what'. Reserve the deep tables for the appendix.
Do that consistently and the monthly report stops being a formality and starts being the reason clients renew.
